링크볼이라고도 하며 구면부에 고강도의 베어링용 강구를 사용하여, 다이캐스팅 주조로 감싸서 홀더를 성형한 후 생크부와
특수용접 하고 최소의 클리어런스를 가진 부드러운 운동을 도와준다. 고무커버를 적용하여 먼지와 기타 이물질의 침입을 방
지하며 그리스 윤활 공간을 제공한다. 또한, 육각면이 함몰하는 것을 방지하고 안정된 운동을 도와주기 위한 대형 육각면을
채택하였다.
These are also called “Link Balls.”High-strength bearing steel balls are used on the spherical part and
covered by die casting to mold a holder, which is specially welded to the shank part. The ball joints with
a minimum clearance help a smooth motion. The application of a rubber cover prevents invasion of dust
or other foreign substances and provides a grease lubrication space. In addition, these adopt a large
hexagonal face to prevent it from caving in and assist in a stable motion.

?Body: Due to the application of high-strength zinc alloy, the mechanical properties, anti-seizure
property, and wear resistance are excellent. The production with the die casting method enables

▶ TYPE TJ
고정밀도의 강구와 스터드 볼트를 연결한 후 강재로 된 몸체와 조립한다. 직선운동에 사용되며 유공압 실린더에 적용시 동심
및 평형도의 부족분을 흡수하고 마모를 방지하여 원활한 유동을 가능하게 하며 유공압 실린더의 수명을 증가합니다.
After connection to high-precision steel balls and stud bolts, this is assembled with the main body made
of steel materials. This is used in linear motion. In case this is applied to hydro-pneumatic cylinders, this
absorbs the lack of homocentricity and balance, and prevents wear, which enables a smooth flow and
increases the lifetime of the hydro-pneumatic cylinders.
▶ TYPE RBL
홀더는 고강도 아연합금으로 구성, 볼이 부착된 생크에 수직으로 연결된다. 고무재질부츠의 적용으로 흙탕물 및 기타 이물질
이 많은 곳에도 구면을 보호하여 원활히 사용가능 하며 그리스가 포함되어 윤활성 및 내마모성이 우수합니다.
The holder made of high-strength zinc alloy is connected vertically to the shank with balls attached. The
application of rubber boots protects the spherical surface for smooth use even at the places with much
mud or foreign substances. Grease is also contained, which makes the lubrication and wear resistance
excellent.
IBC에서는 주로 RBL을 생산, 공급하고 있으나 이밖에 TJ, IFL 등의 제품군도 특별주문으로 생산 가능하며 다양한 공업용
기계, 샤시 아래의 자동차 부품, 트랙터, 콤바인 등 농기계와 구동부 등 각종 링크 기구에 쓰여집니다.
IBC produces and supplies mainly RBL but can also produce such product groups as TJ and IFL on
special orders. These are used in various link devices of a variety of industrial machines, auto parts
below the chassis, tractors, agricultural machines such as combines, and drive parts.
