용도

금속 마찰 부분, 습식 윤활이 곤란한 부분

특징

● 고온(600℃)에 견딥니다.
● 화학적 부식에 잘 견디고 이물질에 오염되지 않습니다.
● 꽉 끼는 것과 해로운 경계 마찰을 제거해 줍니다.
● 미세한 윤활작용을 하는 분자막을 형성시킵니다.
● 점착성의 잔재물과 산화물의 형성을 억제시켜 줍니다.

사용방법

1. 찌꺼기 그리스, 기름, 오염 물질을 제거 후 사용하십시오.
2. 스프레이로 되어 있어 사용이 편합니다.
3. 약 2분 후면 건조됩니다.

사용처

● 공구, 체인, 기어, 바퀴의 돌기둥 기계나 장비를 윤활시킵니다.
● 습식 윤활이 곤란한 부분.
● 기계 및 부품 보관 시 방청이 필요할 때.
● 기계를 세워두는 시간의 소비를 줄이려는데 방청이 꼭 필요할 때.

Purpose

For lubricating at high temperature (Where difficult to apply liquid lubricant)

Characteristics

● J-257 produces a fine lubricating molecular film, inter dispersed with the base material it is unaffected by heat or any inherent weakness of the Lubrication system.
● J-257 is a Dry Lubricant based on molybdenum disulphide which not only Lubricates but withstands very high Temperatures and severe chemical corrosion.
● J-257 retards the formation of gummy residues and oxides.
● J-257 is a not contaminated by foreign materials. Never wears out. Cuts wear on any surface. Is an excellent anti-seize compound.

Applications

● Requires a lubricant near or touching surfaces that must be kept free of oil or oily stains.
● It is effective in lubricating light duty gears of metal, plastic, wood, fiber or flexible cables, etc, Dries fast. Leaves no wax or oil film.
